Marc and his colleagues were very responsive to our needs for a retrospective commercial property appraisal and fair market rent estimate. From the initial call where they took the time to explain their services and provide a quote for the appraisal, to providing a letter of engagement, setting up a site visit, and producing the final report. They came in on budget and ahead of estimated time to deliver the appraisal report. I would use them again!
